Some videos are in Quicktime format.  You must have the Quicktime player to view the videos.  The Quicktime player is a free download.  Click on the following link to get the player:  www.apple.com/quicktime

If you already have a previous version of Macromedia Flash Player installed and the video does not play for you, you might have a version lower than 7.  Streaming video on this website requires Macromedia Flash Player version 7 and above.

In order to install the version 7 player, you must first uninstall the current player.  You can do that by going HERE and choosing the Flash Player Uninstaller for your browser.  Then you should re-install flash, making sure to download a version 7 or above player.

When playing flash video, you may experience stuttering if you are looking at a video that is more complex than your computer can handle.  Try looking at a video that requires less bandwidth.  Although you may have the appropriate bandwidth to handle the downloading of the video, your computer must be fast enough to play the video properly.
