While watching a flash movie, your movie may pause repeatedly if you have selected a bandwidth that exceeds what your connection can handle.  You may either select a video appropriate for your connection type or wait until the movie you have selected finishes downloading.  Movies are cached to your local computer.  A person with a dialup connection may watch a video for broadband if they choose to wait for the download to complete which may take several hours in many cases.
