Streaming Video FAQ's

I have Flash but the video won't play.

If you already have a previous version of Macromedia Flash Player installed and the video does not play for you, you might have a version lower than 7. Streaming video on this website requires Macromedia Flash Player version 7 and above.

In order to install the version 7 player, you must first uninstall the current player. You can do that by going HERE and choosing the Flash Player Uninstaller for your browser. Then you should re-install flash, making sure to download a version 7 or above player.
