Health Educator Chris Rucker comes before us again with a powerful presentation on "The Maintenance" of God's individual temples, our bodies.  She describes through her presentation the way to maintain our bodies to help prevent such diseases as:

Rucker shows us how to make her famous Black Bean Olay (SouthWestern Rice Stacks) and Burrito Pie dishes.  The dishes are high in fiber, selenium, gums, beta carotene, lycopene and rich in mono-unsaturad fats which all help to prevent cancer and other chronic degenerative diseasese.  Also, these ingredients help to lower cholesterol and blood pressure.
